Hi everyone

What kind of solutions have people put in place to work with the data that canvas-data-cli unpacks?

At this stage, I have got canvas-data-cli to successfully sync, fetch, and unpack files and I am now sitting here with an embarrassment of riches in the form of numerous text files, wondering what I can do with them.

Pinging  @James ​ to possibly chime in as he seems to be doing some interesting things with Canvas Data.

Sorry to disappoint, but I haven't done anything with the actual data yet other than try to answer questions for other people.
