What if no assigned peer is given two separate times. The first I lost 20 points the first time.  Will I lose 20 point this timw also before I even get started?

Welcome to the Instructure Community!

Because the Community is unable to answer course-specific questions like this, I encourage you to reach out to your instructor. Peer Reviews are assigned by people who grade the content. They can be set to automatically assign at the due date (or a set alternative time), or they are assigned by hand. In either case, you may have missed the assigning period for the last Peer Review. 

I hope you're able to discuss this with an instructor or TA before the next Peer Review is assigned.
