You can view your email address under the "people tab" within your enrolled course (should your instructor allow it).

Otherwise, I suggest you contact your school directly.

The answers you received still generally apply: Canvas does not have email, and so does not assign users dedicated email addresses for Canvas. Please contact your institution directly to find whether they provide email addresses for instructors.

The Canvas Inbox provides an intra-platform messaging system. Please use the contact information in Students | California State University, Northridge to find out whether your school has assigned students university-specific email addresses (this would be independent of Canvas).
