[ARCHIVED] What is the Impact of the LTI Deprecation on New Quizzes?

Currently New Quizzes is using LTI version 1.1. According to IMS Global, support for this version of LTI standard will be deprecated on June 30, 2022. https://www.imsglobal.org/lti-security-announcement-and-deprecation-schedule

When will New Quizzes start to use LTI version 1.3 and how will this affect New Quizzes that are made with LTI version 1.1? Are we going to have to re-make/migrate them again and update all of our templates again? With other LTI's that we are updating to version 1.3, we are having to install the new version and then set-up assignments again with the new version in each template that is using the tool. This is a really time consuming process.
