A student submitted a video using his computer, and when I try to watch it, Canvas gives me this message: "Media is currently being converted, please try again in a little bit." I tried reopening the video many times for the past three days. What do I do in this case?

For this you will need to contact Instructure Support. Do this from the page that is giving you the error message by clicking the Help > Report a Problem link.

Possibly? That would be a question you'd need to ask folks at your school ... such as their Canvas administrator or someone from their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department.
Same problem. I think that the student doesn't wait for it to fully upload so there is a "ghost" of a file there. Can I go to my files to see if there one?
There is NO HELP ACCESS FROM WITHIN the speed grader (I have to be on a "page" for that to be seen (far left navigation panel).
