When I am adding a question to a quiz, how do I change the multiple-choice answers so that choice "a" is not always the correct answer?

Specifying the "correct" answer for a multiple choice question is quite easy.  Check out this Guide: How do I create a Multiple Choice quiz question?.  Specifically, check out the section on "Change Correct Answer".
