[ARCHIVED] When I switch to High Contrast, it has my Default Primary Colour instead of the Contrast Colour

When I switch to High Contrast, my the component with a button primary in my local changes take my Default Primary Colour in Themes instead of the Contrast Colour specified in the Canvas docs.

What I want ideally is for any component I assign with a color property of primary to have the same colour as in the canvas docs.

Please any idea how to accomplish this ?
