[ARCHIVED] Why are there No Resources to Show in Commons?

I am a fairly new Canvas instructor. A few days ago I was able to go to Commons and easily access ideas for lesson modules that other instructors had uploaded. I simply did a search for the lesson topic. Now I can't find anything there. Before and after I search for any topics, my screen just says "No Resources to Show." I've played around with the filter, but nothing changes. How do I find that content again?

Hi  @katiegibbons , I'm sorry about the delay in getting back to you. Were you able to find a resolution to this question? If not, you may want to double-check that you are logged into the same Canvas account that you were when you originally accessed Commons. Canvas institution admins can adjust the account settings so that Commons is not visible to every user. If you are in a different account, the settings may be different.
