[ARCHIVED] Why can't I access the features on my canvas?

Hi there! 

I am having problems my canvas. The dashboard keeps flashing and I cannot access the stuff I have posted, such as my discussions, assignments, announcements. Kindly advise.

Hi,  @gdover  Welcome to the Canvas Community! It's good that you mentioned the flashing phenomenon, because that's a symptom of an out-of-date and unsupported browser. Check the version of the browser you're using (preferably Chrome or Firefox) with the versions listed in Which browsers does Canvas support?‌, and if yours is older, update as needed.
