Welcome to the Canvas Community. Thank you for posting your question. It sounds like this may be a browser issue. Are you using either Firefox or Chrome? Those are the two preferred browsers. Please note that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser when using Canvas. Please check out this Guide: Which browsers does Canvas support?
