[ARCHIVED] Why my students cannot access collaborate ultra as moderators?

I have setup chat rooms on collaborate ultra for my students to work in small groups. However they are not able to login as presenter or moderators. Can you please assist?

Greetings, @MittulVahanvati , Collaborate Ultra is not a Canvas product. Please ask the developers of that product for assistance.  Web Conferencing Resources provides links to support for the various third-party conference tool providers.
