Student paper won't download from the gradebook

I have never seen a file not be able to be downloaded from the grade book in Canvas.  Have you tried switching to a different browser?  Without actually being able to see your course, I would recommend opening a ticket with Support from Help > Report a problem in the course.

Thank you. I re-booted my computer and it worked. Should have thought of that first!
