I am withdrawing from a class. I have to withdraw by tomorrow. I just submitted an end-of-semester review that I want the professors to read after I withdraw. Will they still have access to it after I withdraw?

This is a public forum for Canvas users from different schools all over the world.  I'm afraid that we do not know how your school handles withdrawals in Canvas, and we do not have access to your course in Canvas or know how your review was submitted.   You will want to contact the Help Desk at your school to find about the status of specific submissions.
