Hello,
I am on an Admin level account and am trying to integrate Zoom (Basic) plan with Canvas. I thought the integration was successful as it worked for me and appears on the side bar of all courses (as ZoomProd). However, when teachers try to authorize their accounts (they've joined Zoom separately and are using the same emails), the following error message appears:
"Somethings happens. Connect to administrators."
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?
Thank you!
Hello @mwilliams91 ...
To be clear, are you using these Guides to get the Zoom Pro LTI integration with your school's Canvas environment?
Looking forward to hearing back from you soon. Take care, and be well.
