We have a percentage of Canvas Faculty/Staff users, who when enrolled as Teachers in a Canvas course, see a Student view of the Zoom interface. They cannot see the "Schedule a New Meeting" button from the Zoom LTI Pro page.
If you take these same users, and change their course role to TA, they get the Zoom scheduling ability.
These users do have valid Zoom Pro accounts. We have contacted Zoom Support and they have not been able to track down the issue yet.
I thought I would ask if anyone else had seen this issue.
