[ARCHIVED] directions to set up REST API access for LTI vendor?

Hi,

I'm looking for a guide that shows an instructor or admin how to set up an LTI vendor to use the REST API to push grades to the Canvas gradebook.  I've been unsuccessful in searches on Google and in the Canvas knowledge base(s) .  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Setting up the LTI apps is fairly straight-forward and working fine.
