I'm not sure if you are an instructor or a student, but here are a handful of Guides that may help:
Pay special attention to the information in the blue boxes at the top of these Guides. Some schools have a single sign-on process, and so the password process may be different than what is described in these Guides. If that is the case for you, you'll need to refer to your school's documentation about your login/password information to sign in to Canvas.
