[ARCHIVED] editing free form comments on rubric?

Using free form comments on rubric you can make reusable comments.

My question is can you edit or delete these to clean it up or if you make a typo? brilliant option.

They are saved somewhere.... I want to know where. So you can update them and use them in future courses.

Any Hackers figure this out?

 @jryter1 , greetings! I know I've seen things in the Community about this before, but I can't find anything at the moment. From what I remember, no, there is no way to edit these comments or a way to get to them to change or delete them.
