Hello. someone help me please. i linked a new gmail acc in my canvas acc because my prev gmail acc cant receive messages anymore. So i made a new gmail acc and linked it to my canvas acc so i can make it as my default email. However, canvas is still telling me that my account has not been verified yet when in fact I already verified it and that my profs can already send me the courses using that email account. I want this to be fixed ASAP. I already reported the problem to canvas but still no word from them. It's maybe because they emailed me through my old gmail acc and not my new gmail acc. please help.. my class starts on a Monday and i can't afford my profs to send my course somewhere else.
