How do you enable the allow “import” grades setting on canvas?

Is it that you do not see the Import Grades option in the gradebook or are you trying to create a role that can import grades?

I believe that you have to have the permissions Grades - edit and Grades - vie all grades enabled for a specific role.  Those permissions are set by your Canvas Administrator.
