I can't get any email from canvas

my canvas notification it doesn't show me any email I suppose to get from my professor

Hello  @10933502  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  The first thing to note is that you cannot connect any outside e-mail account into your Canvas Inbox.  So, for example, if you check your Peralta e-mail account using a different program or app, you cannot access those messages in Canvas.  The Canvas Inbox is used to send messages to/from instructors and students who are enrolled in the same course(s) you are also enrolled in.

Also, when you are logged in to Canvas, can you see the messages from your professor?

• How do I use the Inbox as a student?
• How do I find my unread messages in the Inbox as a student?

Finally, I'm not sure what browser you may be using, but have you tried using an up-to-date version of either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to see if you can view your Canvas Inbox?  See Which browsers does Canvas support?‌ for more information.
