In order for you to upload an assignment to your instructor so that he/she can grade it, the instructor needs to ensure that the properties for the assignment are set correctly. For example, the instructor would need to make sure the assignment is set to accept online submissions in the form of a file submission, a URL submission, etc. Once the settings for the assignment are configured by the instructor, you should be able to submit the assignment for your class. I'll provide you the video tutorials for both instructors and students on Assignments so that you can see exactly what this looks like. I hope they will be of help to you:
