Hello there,  @ivmoo1  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  Which web browser are you using?  It's generally known here in the Community that Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are the best browsers to be using when navigating around the Canvas environment.  You can read more about supported browsers by going to this link: Which browsers does Canvas support?‌  Note that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser.  If you are already using Chrome or Firefox, give the other one a try.  And, if neither of those are working properly for you, then you may need to reach out to the Canvas Help Desk staff so that they can further troubleshoot with you.  How do I get help with Canvas as a student?‌
