[ARCHIVED] iOS upload from other apps to teacher app

So, I can do this from anything to the student side, and it works lovely, but how to do this to the teacher app? It never shows up.

Where are you trying to upload files into the Canvas Teacher app? Are you trying to upload into the files section? Also, are you using iOS or Android? Thanks.

So, I’m just beginning with canvas, but I don’t see an upload option at all from an iPad (iOS) from any app for the teacher side, only the student side. 

It doesn’t matter where it’s going to, if you can’t upload from anything

Thanks for the additional info. You can only upload to specific parts of the app: Course Files, your user files, and attachments to Pages, Announcements, and Assignment Description, and Inbox message. Each of these functions offers a button to upload a photo, file, etc. In the Files section, it's a + symbol, but in other sections, it looks like a paperclip icon. If you can give me a more exact scenario, I'll be glad to help you. Thanks!

It's all linked I think to the student side working well on the iOS platform and the instructor side not. I can't get a document from say Notability to Canvas directly. I have to print it. Save it somewhere. Then upload it. It's pretty clumsy. I'm going to add this to my other thought you commented on Ryan, and post an idea because it's a bit silly. Thanks!
