Hello there,  @saimrudu  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  If you are referring to a "pen drive" as a USB Flash drive that you can plug into your computer, then you can export the contents of your course and save it to your USB.  https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12785-415241323  This will export the entire course...not just one single module.  I hope this will help.  Please let us know if you have any additional questions about this...thanks!
