Hi,

I cannot log in Canvas or email which IVC school provided,

My email: lgiang1@ivc.edu

I also cannot change my email password.

Please help me check, thanks!

You will need to reach out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department to have them help you with your login information.  Every school that uses Canvas handles their logins differently, and so we here in the Community wouldn't have access to that information.  If you contact folks at your school, they should be able to help troubleshoot this with you.  Good luck!
