If you would like to make your assignments visible to your students, you need to make sure that the assignments are "published". How do I publish or unpublish an assignment as an instructor? Also, if you are including those assignments within modules of your course, you also need to ensure that the module the assignment is located in is also "published". How do I publish or unpublish a module as an instructor? One other thing to consider, if you want to make your "Assignments" course navigation menu visible to your students (so there isn't a crossed-out eye icon next to it), then you'll want to use this Guide to ensure that this button is enabled: How do I manage Course Navigation links?
