[ARCHIVED] marking right answers wrong

I am having problems with it counting my answers that are written in as wrong. When it shows me the right answer, it is exactly what I typed.

Hi Katie,

It sounds like you might be a student asking this.  If so, I suggest talking to your instructor about it.  With fill in the blank type questions if there is anything different, like extra spaces, misspelled words, etc that can affect the automated grading.  Your instructor may need to make some changes to the key to get it to grade correctly if it is not doing so right now.
