Hi,  @palmolo  Welcome to the Canvas Community! The most likely cause of this is that the browser you're using to access Canvas is out of date and not supported. Please compare the browser version you're using (preferably Chrome or Firefox) with those listed in Which browsers does Canvas support?‌ and if your browser is older than those, update as needed.
