[ARCHIVED] name/login doesn't show on roster

On the people page I noticed when some students accepted the course a 21 digit number shows in the place of the name and login. How do I as the teacher fix it.

Hello  @debbiea_ingram  and welcome to the Community.  You need to contact your Canvas admin and tell them about this problem.  They can fix this.
