I am an Administrative Assistant At the University of Kentucky. i need to load a pdf into a module, and be able to have the assigned user make additions and selections on the pdf. What is the best way to accomplish this?
Hi, @lori_strange . If you upload a PDF (and other document types) to Canvas it can be downloaded by other people, but it can't be modified in place. If it is part of an assignment submission, it can be annotated and commented on. One way of accomplishing what you are describing would be to use a collaborative document. Google Docs is one solution for this and the one used by Canvas. PDF versions of the document can be downloaded at any point in the collaboration process.
