How do you turn on the plagiarism function?

There is not a native plagiarism tool in Canvas.  The most common tools (Turnitin, Grammarly, Unicheck) are all subscription based add-ons that institutions can purchase.  If you are with a school using Canvas, I would reach out to your support personnel to see if a plagiarism application is available.
