Is it possible to utilize question banks while making a video quiz in studio? Or, is it possible to copy existing questions embedded in a video quiz into another video quiz?

Unfortunately, I don't believe either of those things are possible in Canvas Studio quizzes.  Sounds like they would be great Feature Ideas, though.  You might want to consider creating two separate Feature Ideas here in the Community so that people have an opportunity to evaluate them.  Here's a link for you:
