[ARCHIVED] registering for a course

I am trying to register for  a course but when I select "start a new course" on my dashboard it seems like it is having me create a course instead of joining one. I also can't figure out how to delete the created course.

Hello  @p_franco_1  and welcome to the Canvas Community! Thanks for reaching out and your question. Are you a student or an instructor? If your an instructor and have permissions to delete courses, you may want to review the following guide: How do I delete a course as an instructor? 

If not, you may want to contact the Canvas Admin for your school. Hope this helps. Thanks!
