[ARCHIVED] student pairing code not working on mobile app.

I just downloaded the Canvas Parent mobile app, scanned the QR code and it found my account, no issues. But, I have 2 students and only one student is showing up. I click the + button and enter my missing students pairing code but is say it is not a valid code. Any suggestions how to add my other student?
