[ARCHIVED] tableau not working

Updated from Tableau v8 to v9. I had no trouble before the update, but now I have connection to Redshift errors.  The error is:

FATAL: password authentication failed for user "canvas"

I don't get this with SQLWorkbench, so I'm guessing it is a Tableau 9 issue.  Anyone else have Tableau 9 working?

This looks like it is an issue with our password.

Deactivated user​ can you contact me offline off of the community (via email directly instead), we are going to need a password reset to get Tableau 9 to work.

Looks to be a known bug in Tableau.  This occurs when there are special characters in the password. Known problem characters are:

+, @, {, }, ), ;

Contact Deactivated user​ to get a password reset if you run into this issue.
