Once a person has set up an account and paired with a student, how do you unpair if that is no longer needed?

Hi @CHess2 - This is something that a Canvas Administrator can do or that they can ask Instructure's support team to help them complete. It's not something an Observer can do on their own, unfortunately. I would start the conversation by initiating a help ticket with your local Canvas Support team.
