tried ti reset it and gave email address for reset instructions to be sent to but never received the email with reset link . yes the address is correct
Hi, @chriryal5925 . If you are able to reset your password, you should be able to do so following the steps in How do I reset my password as a student? However, there is an important note at the top of that document because many schools choose to manage passwords in a different way. If that is the case you will need to reach out to someone at your school. Good luck getting logged in!
