When adding teachers to a course, I received a message that said....unable to find matches for 4 of my teachers. Advise? I was using their school email address. Thanks!
Hi ~ After double-checking the spelling, is there another way you could add the users? Could you use their User ID rather than their email (some institutions have them entered differently)? Are these four individuals already established users?
Thanks for your response! I know that at least one is an established user but not sure about the others. I will reach out and inquire and also see if they have a Login ID. Thanks again. If this doesn’t work, I will reach out to my tech people in my department.

Of course! Reaching out to tech or your Canvas Admin would be a great place to check. If you were able to add some users as teachers, you should be able to add all of the teachers you need. Let us know what you learn! That way, if someone else has a similar question, they may have a starting point based from this conversation.
