Big Blue Button Sound but No Video

I have a teacher who has been using the BBB since September but in January the camera or video stopped working.  They have sound and can talk to each other, they just can't see each other.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

 @placejy , greetings! Has the teacher tried this on a different computer? Are other people able to use these tools on their computers? I'd start there to determine if it's a computer issue or a BBB issue.
