Bonus Questions... is this too difficult for the programmers or a philosophical problem with it?

I like a lot of the functionality of quizzes, but the fact that you can not set up bonus questions beyond going in manually student by student is ridiculous. For this reason more than any other, I miss the old platform we used to use. Canvas has thought of the most wonderful and obscure and bizarre details. But you can't simply add a bonus question to a quiz? I just don't get it. Many of my colleagues have jumped ship to Quizziz or something like that but it seems like such an easy fix. Insert eyeroll emoji.

I've read all the manual workarounds but the beauty would be in not having to enter things manually. I am wondering if the Canvas creators have a philosophical issue with it. How can this still not be a part of the platform? God knows it's got every other random side app and programming feature. I know I already "inserted eyeroll emoji" above, but please consider it inserted again. Rant over.
