Is there any way to cross off assignments on the calendar? Some of them do it by default, like quizzes, ut the other assignments don't.

Hi  @scor4928 and welcome to the Community!  This question has come up several times.  I responded to one of these a few months back and included links to open ideas related to this functionality.  Rather than including these again here, I will suggest you take a look at them in this thread and consider voting them up as well, Completed Assignments Crossed Off in the Calendar.
