Hi, I'm a student taking a summer course for American Sign Language 2 online. I'm trying to complete one of the assignments that requires recording, but the camera seems to have issues. It gives me a white blank screen and I try to change it to the webcam: no video to HP wide Vision, but still nothing shows up. Also, I made sure the ecampus website was allowed to use my camera, microphone, and sound. Please respond, I'm not sure what is going on. Please contact me asap.
Thank you for responding, but I don't have the help option for report a problem or ask an expert. The only options that show in the help tab are Submit feature ideas, Search the guides, and ask your instructor a question. Also, I tried a different browser like internet explorer and it gave me this image. Plus, I checked to make sure it wasn't blocked on device manager. And if their is any technical issues my teacher told me not to talk to her, but to canvas. So, I don't really know whats going on.
