As a student can I delete a course tile. I have tiles from my old school and want to stop getting notifications from them. And wanted to know if I can delete them as a student.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hey @Gracie465 ,
There isn't a way to delete a course tile as a student, however you can hide it from your dashboard. Click: Courses > All Courses, then click the star icon to the left of the courses you DO want to see on your dashboard. This will remove all un-stared course tiles from your dashboard. This guide also goes over it step by step: How do I customize my Courses list as a student?

I am facing the same issue, Did you found any solution?
If you're getting Global Announcements from the wrong school, it's because you still have an active enrollment in a course at that old school.
When looking at your full list of courses, look for a course that is still in the "Active Enrollments" section that is from your old school. The teacher may no longer be using the course, but if it's still active, you'll keep getting Global Announcements from that school.

If you're getting course-level notifications from an old course/school, you can adjust the notification settings for that specific course. Unfortunately, this won't allow you to disable Global Announcements from that "wrong" location.
