Can't find "student view".

I can't find "student view" in one of my teacher's courses. Can someone direct me where I could find it? I've looked in Settings, on the right hand side and it's not there.

The Student View option is found on the homepage, on the right side.

Exactly what Joseph Hansen said. Go to the homepage. It's on the right.

It's actually not there. It's there for some of the teachers pages I look at, but it's not there. Is there a setting where the teacher could have turned it off?

Are you a TA? TA's should have access, unless the TA role for your university has this feature disabled. I can't imagine why that would be the case, but it's not a course level setting. It's institutional or role based.
