Can't see the Text Entry Box

My professor wants me to submit in the text entry box, but I can't see it. My friend logged in to her account and she was able to see the text entry box, but I still couldn't. My professor said she won't be grading any of my assignments until I fix this issue Please help me where I can find it!

Hi @kima36 Thank You for your question. This sounds very stressful.
I would like to check a couple of things first.
The pictures you shared - I assume the first one was your friend's experience of the assignment and the second one was yours. If so, then you are correct there is something wrong.
Please check for me that you have checked the correct assignments, they are the same one as your friend.
Also, which browser are you using - Chrome seems to work best.
You might need to contact Canvas Support How to contact Canvas Support
But please let your instructor know exactly what is happening, share the two images to help explain.
You could use the Inbox built into Canvas if that helps. How do I send a message to a user in a course in the Inbox as a student?
