Canvas Log

Hello,

I was accused of academic integrity (AI) by a professor and I'm trying to gain the canvas log to prove my innocence. The university/AI Office has opened a case and I'm positive I can't contact the prof who accused me of it to fight the case. Is there a way I can contact Canvas support to gain the log?

Good morning, @emerxld ...

I would say there are maybe two options for you:

• If your school has an Online Learning/eLearning department or someone who is a local Canvas administrator at your school, they may be able to help you with getting a log of your activity within your Canvas course(s).
• You might also be able to reach out to the folks at the Canvas Help Desk to see if they can provide any information for you.  How do I get help with Canvas as a student? - Canvas Community
