Canvas blank page for assignments/files, etc.

Hello. My computer has recently been updated so I don't have any browser issues. But when I click on courses in canvas- nothing comes up under assignments, files, etc. just a blank page. Please help.

Hello  @empras  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  You mention that your computer was updated recently and that you don't have any browser issues.  However, which web browser are you currently using?  If you are using IE or Edge, have you considered using Chrome or Firefox as your browser of choice?  Those two browsers are going to be provide a much better experience for you when using Canvas.  Please check out Which browsers does Canvas support?‌ for additional information.  I hope this information will be of help to you.  Please let us know if you have any additional questions about this...thanks!

General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?, but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
