Canvas is a SCAM! No support. NO one Responds

Canvas is a scam.   They dont answer questions.  ANd even in the Community,  NONE of the questions get answered.    All I was trying to find out is , is Canvas a Legitimate DBPR Florida Licensed course and Exam .  And asked for their DBPR license number.  

Cant get anyone to respond.  I think I was SCAMMED !

Canvas is a learning management system, not an exam, though an exam may be offered on the platform. It is used by schools and universities across the US. I am a user, not part of the company (Instructure), so I cannot tell you anything about its presence in Florida or about DPBA numbers, as I do not know what that is. Try to be calm. This is a community help board and likely nobody responded because they did not know the answer to your question. There are people moderating and answering question who are employed by instructure, but with the new school year starting, they may be overwhelmed.

@Kevinmc3  I took a look at your Free For Teachers account and see that you're enrolled in a sales associate post-licensing course. Canvas provides the LMS software for Free For Teachers, but the course content itself is managed by the organization providing the course. You'll need to contact the course instructor directly to ask them questions about their licensing status.
