Canvas is fine for my child but when I log into the Parent version, one of her current courses is listed under Past Enrollments. I can't Favorite it because it says it isn't active. Is there anything I can do on my end to fix this?

Oh dear. That would be frustrating! While there's nothing that YOU can do to fix it, you can definitely let your local Canvas Support team know about it. (I really appreciate it when families reach out where I teach and support Canvas!) It's an easy fix once the issue is known. I would recommend submitting a ticket. Include the name of the course and your student to make the fix even easier for the admin team. 🙂
